I love East Texas: the Piney Woods, the work ethic of people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty, the generosity of those who'd give the shirt off their back, and the bold "come and take it" spirit that defines this region.
My husband, Jim, and I are raising three sons: Noah (22), Jack (19), and Luke (7). Since Noah was little, our world, including Texas, has changed dramatically. Too many have pushed God to the side. Boys are being told they can be girls. High school graduates struggle with basic reading and math and need remedial classes if they go to college. Most recently, rioting seems to be an acceptable form of communication to those on the left.
I think all of these issues are symptoms of something bigger: the people we elect to represent us ignore the conservative values of everyday Texans. They fight for special interest groups and those who will line their pocketbooks.
That's why I've decided to become a candidate for Texas House District 7. I want to protect East Texas from the madness and ensure it remains the strong, grounded place we all love.
I have a background in business and finance, commodity trading, and data analysis, I've been trained to see patterns, find solutions, and approach problems from a strategic, results-driven perspective. I intend to bring that same mindset to the Texas Legislature. We need creative, outside-the-box legislation that solves problems with precision and avoids waste.
In 2022, after years of volunteering as a parent advocate, God opened the door to connect me with incredible people from across the state. That grassroots network of parents, grandparents, and concerned citizens grew into what is now Texas Education 911. As the founder and leader of Texas Education 911, I had the opportunity to collaborate directly with legislators and their staff, help draft meaningful legislation and stay actively engaged throughout the legislative process. During the 88th Legislative Session, our team played a key role in shaping 26 bills that were signed into law. Later that year, I was honored to receive the Conservative Leader Award from Texas Scorecard, not just for my efforts, but as a reflection of the dedication and hard work of our entire Texas Education 911 team. This journey has equipped me with real-world legislative experience, and I'm ready to hit the ground running for YOU.
Our children and grandchildren deserve a future where freedom, faith, and common sense still mean something - but make no mistake, their future is at risk. If we don't act, the rights they inherit will be weaker, their freedoms fewer, and their hard-earned money swallowed up by a government that disrespects the very people it serves.

East Texas is the beating heart of conservatism in our state. It's time to send a representative who fights harder for you than he does to keep his seat in Austin. I will work for YOU. I look forward to meeting you to earn your trust and your vote.
Austin needs the legendary East Texas toughness in our Capitol. We must join together and act to reclaim what's been slipping away: our freedom, our liberty, and the right to govern ourselves.
